Authorized agent

Together with subsidiaries in Moscow and St. Petersburg we have many years’ experience in supporting German companies from the pressure vessel sector and serve as an authorized agent for imports into the CIS countries.

The Eurasian customs union comprising Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan is protected by legislature with predefined rules including specific standard-based technical requirements.

Since the formation of the customs union, uniform technical regulations of the union have been introduced at supranational level. Up to now, 34 technical regulations of the customs union have been adopted, and 31 of them have already become effective (state in August 2014).

We at M Solution are mainly occupied together with our partners in the customs union with the certification of TR ZU 032/2013 pressure devices and serve as the authorized agent in Moscow for foreign companies. Without such an agent, it is impossible for foreign companies to export pressure vessels into the customs union.
